London is one of the fastest-growing mid-size cities in Ontario, and the mix of work reflects it — new subdivisions pushing out toward the northwest and southwest edges of the city, older neighbourhoods near downtown and Old South getting renovated one room at a time, and a steady flow of student-housing turnover near Western University every spring and fall. That variety means a lot of different debris: framing offcuts from new builds, drywall dust from a kitchen reno, and the pile that builds up when a rental unit changes hands. We built our pricing around that reality — two bin sizes, one flat rate each, no calls back and forth to get a number.
We quote $150 + HST for a 10-yard bin and $175 + HST for a 15-yard bin, both including delivery, pickup, and a full two-week rental window. No surprise weight surcharges tacked on after the fact, no vague "call for pricing." You see the price before you book, and it's the price you pay.
We serve: London, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Middlesex Centre, Thames Centre and surrounding Middlesex County communities.
Our pricing is flat and posted up front: $150 + HST for a 10-yard bin, $175 + HST for a 15-yard bin. Both prices include delivery, pickup, and a full two-week rental — no add-on delivery fee, no hidden pickup charge.
Same-day delivery is available in London and the surrounding area when you book early in the day, and next-day delivery is standard the rest of the time. We know most cleanout and reno projects run on a tight window, so we keep bins moving fast.
The 10-yard bin handles most single-room cleanouts, small reno jobs, and general decluttering. The 15-yard is our most popular size — it's the right call for full-home cleanouts, multi-room renovations, or roofing tear-offs, and it's only $25 more.
We can't accept hazardous materials like paint, oil, solvents, batteries, propane tanks, or asbestos. Everyday construction debris, renovation waste, household junk, furniture, and yard waste are all fine — ask us if you're not sure about something specific.
Yes — we regularly deliver to St. Thomas, Strathroy, Middlesex Centre, and Thames Centre in addition to London itself. If you're just outside these areas, reach out and we'll let you know if we can reach you.
